Fastpass which ones aren't linked

When we were in Disneyland a couple of years ago Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean fastpass machines were not connected with other machines so you could get fastpass for them plus another ride at the same time. Wondering which Fastpass machines are stand alone style right now in Disney and California Adventure

POTC and HM no longer have FP (unless HM is in holiday mode), so right now in DL it's just Star Tours and Roger Rabbit. At DCA Grizzly River is a stand alone machine.
