Staying at pofq and going to parks on Jan 20th with a one day parkhopper, on an Epcot FW early admission day. Was hoping to do all 4 parks going just to the few new rides since last visit. Strategy was Epcot FW first, going to Soaring first and then using FP for Test Track and The Seas with Nemo. Just checked and can't get passes til noon! Should I skip e a and do another park or two first coming back to Epcot to use passes?
Also want to see:
Toy Story at DHS
Expedition Everest and Maharaja jungle Trek at AK
7 D Mine Train and Under the Sea at MK.

If you want to go to Epcot for AM EMH, I would suggest getting there before 8, go right to Soarin, then go to TT (using single rider if you can, or unless doing the car design is a priority for you) and then go to Nemo. This shouldn't take much more than an hour, and you can book your FPs for something else in a different park.

I would focus on getting a FP for either TSMM or 7DMT because those are the toughest to get of the things you listed. With what you're trying to do you're probably going to have a significant wait for one of them. You should be able to do Everest with single rider and the wait shouldn't be too long that day.

hmmm....

My suggestion.

Get to epcot about 7:30, before park early opening.
Ride Soarin' and TT then Nemo as wisblue suggests.

Next depends on FP+ for 7DMT and Journey.
If you can get them I would like to finish at MK so get those.
Otherwise, go from epcot to MK and first ride 7DMT then Journey.

Next is DHS and TSMM. Crowd calendar is light, but...
If you can't get FP+ at MK or went to MK early, try to get FP+ for TSMM.

After, go to AK and use single rider line (if able) to ride EE.
Maharaja can be walked anytime.

Watch the times, since AK closes at 5pm and DHS at 7pm.

There are other iterations which will work, and more than likely, others will post their preferences and why.

Good luck!

Boy, you have a big task in front of you. My first thought is that you need a FP for 7DMT, then rope drop Toy Story, head to AK for Everest, then MK for 7DMT, ending at Epcot.

I can't recommend single rider for Test Track. The build your own car thing is cool. After you build your car, it's used during the ride. Single rider for Everest is fine, you don't miss out on anything.

Don't get fooled by early admission. It's really not that great since it draws everyone to that park. That is why you can't get a FP until noon.

Also, I hope you are driving. It makes park hoping a little easier (especially if you are a walker). Driving up to AK and walking a few minutes to the gate is easy.

This is what I would attempt.

Epcot- be there well before 8AM for EMH. I would ride TT first and then Soarin and Seas, just because it cuts out some criss crossing.

DHS next as close to opening as possible- TSMM and then whatever else you are doing there

AK- Expedition Everest (always has single rider if lines are long)

MK- book FP+ for here. First priority is ABSOLUTELY 7DMT. If you can't get that FP+, that is going to make this one super difficult, but doable with a long wait.

I would not place much importance on Nemo. It was very disappointing.
