Fastpass start times

What time do the Fastpass machines start giving Fastpasses? We’ll be at DLP for 2 days and I think we’ll want to get Thunder Mountain first on our first day and Ratatouille first on our 2nd day.

Machines open at park opening, so usually 10 o'clock and then the first return time is 10:30.
