Fastpass questions

At disneyland now and I guess I didn't do my homework enough because I have all these last minute questions.
First, if my family is scanned into DL can my husband go to DCA for RsR fast passes or do we all have to be scanned into DCA as well?
Second, if we can't send a runner for fastpass and we're trying to enjoy early morning at DL does anyone know when RSR typically has been running out of fastpasses?

Passes/tickets only have to be scanned at one park in order to get FPs in either park. So yes, an FP runner can leave Disneyland and enter DCA with all tickets to get RSR FPs. I haven't been in the parks since late August, but RSR FPs were lasting into the afternoon back then.
