fastpass problems on mde app. help!

Hi, Tomorrow is my 60 day window to start making fastpasses and I am concerned. I logged on my laptop tonight and tried to practice using the fastpass part of the site. It only shows me as a person to make fastpasses for, and not the rest of my family.

Soooo, I tried the MDE app on my iPhone. When I type in my reservation number on the fastpass part of the app, it says it is already in use. What the heck? I am worried when I log on at midnight tomorrow I won't be able to make fastpass arrangements.

Can anyone offer any advice?

You have a package. You will see everyone at exactly 12:00 on the day your 60-day window opens. mesaboy explains this in the Booking Section of his FP thread.

from my understanding I'm wondering have you already linked up your reservation to MDE?

if yes: then you won't be allowed to make sections until that 60 day mark, and you shouldn't need to put in reservation number, you should just see the option to choose new fastpass+ choose people who will be linked to them and then make selections

if no: meaning you haven't linked to MDE you need to contact disney and see why your reservation is shown up in fast pass as being used when you haven't linked it

Thanks for the info. I did already put in my reservation and it shows all my dining options. I wish it would just tell you to wait until the 60 day mark instead of acting like it doesn't know who you are or who is in your party. Fingers crossed for tomorrow night!

Mine did the exact same thing.

But, Tuesday night at 11 pm Texas time it all worked perfectly & I was able to book all my FP 's on my phone. And I got everything I wanted at the times I needed.
