Fastpass problem

I'm trying to book fastpasses for myself and my son. After I seem to successfully book them my MDE shows only a fastpass for one person but if I click on it both my son's and my name show up. I'm not sure I can trust that both of us have fastpasses. Have others had this situation?

Known and prevalent bug. Disney's IT is bad. You should be fine.

This glitch has been noted for months and IT acknowledges the problem when posters call and ask about the glitch.

No need to worry; no need to call IT as they’ve confirmed it will be a waste of your time.
