Fastpass operation times?

I'm sure I've read about this at one stage but can't find it now.....

I know that the Fastpass machines stop giving out tickets when they run out of available time slots, but what time do they actually start operating?

I'm thinking in particular about the EMH in the morning - do they operate then? Potentially could all the earliest slots be taken by the EMHers before everyone else even gets into the park?

Sorry if this sounds on the verge of neurotic - but I don't want to break my neck getting into the park on the dot of opening, only to find that the first fastpass window is hours away.

(It's getting to that "just take deep breaths" time - panic is setting in fast.)

Be patient with me

Hi,

I've been in the park 3 mornings now with EMH, and the fastpass machines for Buzz, SM and Pete Pan etc has not been available to use until 10am on any of those days. So you don't need to worry, you have almost as good a chance as anyone else of getting reasonable fastpass times if you leg it to your favourites at rope-drop :lmao: .

I say "almost", because obviously, if they've a mind to, the EMH'ers could beat you to the fastpass line, as they'll already be in Fantasyland or Discoveryland at 10am, instead of on Main St. But as Frontierland isn't open anyway during morning EMH, you do have just as good a chance as anyone else of getting fastpass for the likes of BTM.

Having said all of that, I understand you are going to DLRP midweek, this coming week? I don't think you'll have to worry too much about fastpass running out quickly then. Midweek you should find you have time to see everything you want to, without too much panic at all. I know its a couple of weeks on from when we went, but we got fastpass for Peter Pan and Buzz all the way through the day Tuesda and Wednesday, and the fastpass time slots on them started no more than half an hour after we picked them up (our last ride before we left was Peter Pan, at just about 4pm with fastpass).

Thanks for the reassurances Elaine - one less thing to freak out about:scared: .

Yes, we're heading out very very early on Tuesday morning, so hopefully the crowds won't be too bad as we won't be there at all over the weekend - although that means we'll miss out of the Tower AP previews - arrgggh!

Thanks again
Lucy
