So I was reading the FastPass FAQ thread. Am I correct that I CANNOT reserve a FastPass for my infant? they just come on any applicable FP rides without needing a FP? Our 60 day window is opening soon. I was going to use her MagicBand to reserve some of the rides that she can't go on yet so that we could maximize our strategy and get extra FPs (letting my 5 yo DD wear her band), but now I'm thinking that's not going to work...

Your infant will not have a ticket. Children under 3 do not need a ticket. FP reservations require a ticket so you cannot reserve FPs for them. You can share FPs within your family. My daughter did not want to do ToT. I held her magic band in my hand, it would not fit my wrist, when I used her FP. The CMs are only concerned if there is a valid FP reserved.

You should also look into rider swap. It allows parents to switch off if a child cannot ride an attraction. (Technically even if a child does not want to ride an attraction, but it is not handled that way by some CMs.) This site, and many others, have pretty good explanations on how it works. It is generally a benefit for people with young kids.

We took our newly 2 year old last Christmas. We simply took him on every ride with us and he didn't need a fast pass. :)
