First came the Haunted Mansion FP and now Astro Blasters FP... I wonder if they could possibly be testing for something. + :)

They might as well offer it, the queue is still built to have the FP return. Plus, the usually 5 minute sign is almost always wrong. But offering FP on Buzz and HM to give people more options to schedule popped into my head too. I wonder if they'll be adding it to Peter Pan when that reopens too.

I thought the same thing when I saw the Tweet about them adding it back to Buzz ...

But, then again - with crowds like they are right now for the 60th, I can't imagine having all FPs active that can be active is a bad thing. At least not from my park-going perspective. More time for me to eat and shop rather than waiting in line!

I didnt.know they removed it fromay that ride. Every summer we've gone it's always had fast pass.

Seems like on our last visit we pulled FP's for Star Tours by the AstroBlasters ride.
With AstroBlasters now having FP's, dose that mean there are no FP's for Star Tours?

I don't think they need all of those machines to be dedicated to one ride, so why not give 2 to Buzz and 2 or 3 to ST. It's been working out fine since they converted some of the GRR machines for WOC.

That's because back when Buzz first opened those were the FP machine's for Buzz.

FP for Toy Story Mania is something my DH and I have been saying for a long time. Hope it happens! That would be great!

I would love FP for Peter Pan! I just can't imagine how the logistics for that would work. But it would be great.

I'm glad Buzz got his FP back. That was our go to FP for the evening when most everything else was late or gone. The line was about 20 min but we found it worth it to get on in 5.

I too cannot understand why they don’t have a FP machine for TSMM and hope they get one for Peter Pan.

Love it! :) We love this ride, just not the wait. Fingers crossed for Peter Pan as well as Toy Story Mania (really need one at this ride!)

I have to admit that I thought about FP+ to when I saw the Twitter announcement that FPs had been added back to Buzz. We'll know even more if they start adding FP queues to attractions that never had FP to start with...

I didn't even know this ride had a fastpass at times! Even going over July 4 weekend on a previous trip the longest I've ever waited for Buzz is under 5 minutes and we always manage to ride multiple times during a trip as it's our "go to" if we've got a little time to kill before our SM or ST fastpass return time comes up. How funny.

Totally agree with others that TSMM is the one that really needs a FP!

YAY, this news makes me happy! This is one of DS7's favorites so it will be much easier for us to ride it after dinner or during other crowded times. Also, since Autopia (another of DS's favs) no longer has it's FP machines available, we can plan to ride that in the morning with short lines and grab FPs for Buzz.

Yes, I would also like to see FPs for TSMM. We've never been able to ride that one since the lines are always sooooo long!

TSMM definitely could use a FP and this is coming from someone who rarely even gets them, but whose hubby LOVES the ride.

I walked by Peter Pan today and it looks as if they could be integrating a FP queue into it. There looks to be a "T" that would otherwise be unexplained. It's hard to explain but I couldn't think of another logical reason for that configuration...

Here is how I would handle FP+ at the Disneyland Resort.
Disney Resort Hotel guests can book FP+ in advance when they get to the hotel. They are able to choose 4 attractions plus one show or parade.
Day guests and Annual Passholders can only use FP+ when they are shown to be at the Disneyland Resort via GPS.
FP+ kiosks will be available in certain areas of the park instead of being near the attraction.
For example, The current Haunted Mansion FP area, the Skyway area, the Small World area, the seating area near Aladdins Oasis, the current Autopia FP Area, and the Mad Hatter store will be relocated from Main Street.
There will also be a app available so you can make changes on the app instead of going to the kiosk.
Day Guests and AP's will be able to select 2 attraction plus one for a show or parade. After the return time of your 2nd Fastpass you can get 2 more.
The kiosks will also include the attractions in DCA if the guest has a park hop ticket or AP. You can even up sell the guest to a park hop ticket if they decide later in the day that they want to park hop. Maybe they can even offer a discount to upgrade the park hop ticket the later in the day it gets.

Attractions with FP would be...
DL: Matterhorn, Small World, Star Tours, Space Mountain, Autopia, Roger Rabbit, Mickey's House, Magical Map, Fantasmic, Big Thunder, Indiana Jones, Splash Mountain, Firework view, and Parade view,
DCA: Radiator Springs Racers, Toy Story Mania, California Screamin, Frozen Meet n Greet, Soarin, Grizzly, Tower of Terror, Goofy Sky School, Parade view, and World of color

The app will be able to notify you on when to use your FPs and when an attraction breaks down so you can make changes if you need it.
