Fastpass+ @ Fantasmic w/wheelchair??

Has anyone done Fastpass+ at Fantasmic with a wheelchair? Those spots tend to go fast. My Fastpass+ arrival time for Fantasmic is 7:20p-7:40p which would be a bit late for finding a wheelchair spot for 8pm. I was wondering if anyone knows if they reserve wheelchair spots for Fastpass+ or if anyone knows how I can find out?

I do not know for sure, so maybe someone who has done FP+ can chime in. I would think that the FP return time is for general seating, but if they take the FP people into the theater before they allow the general crowd ( including WC) then you should be able to get a seat. If it where me, I would still arrive early just to be sure.

There is some wheelchair spots reserved for Fastpass+ about 15 or so for those that cannot transfer. They do not allow anyone without a Fastpass+ to sit in those sections until all standing room only se

I haven't done FP+ for it but I have done the Fantasmic Dinner Package seating. They save those seats for you until all the rest is FULL...then they will open it up to others. We got there pretty early, as soon as we were allowed in, and just got some snacks and things like that to pass the time. I'd rather get my seat early and not have to worry about it.

This might be an ignorant question, but I'll be at CSR, and as I understand it, I don't have access to FP + options at that resort. (I'll be there in 2 days and when I go online, I can't do FP+ on My Disney Experience.) So how should I proceed with planning for Fantasmic if I don't have FP+, since I'm temporarily in a scooter, and will want to sit with my DH?

I think that you should plan on getting into the line early, about an hour or so before Fantasmic. Once the gates open you will go in with the bulk of the crowd and then up the walk way you will see an are where wheelchairs and EVCs go. Follow that path and you should be able to get a seat. If all the handicap areas are taken can you walk a short distance and maybe climb a few stairs? If so then you might be able to park the ECV and get a seat.

Thanks-- that's helpful to know what to expect. My concern was whether most of the disabled seating is reserved for FP+ now, leaving few ECV spots open for those without FP+. Since I'm going at a slow time, though, it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

With the Fastpass+ wheelchair seating are we able to actually sit with our son who is in the wheelchair or do they sit behind us like regular Fantasmic?
