What's the current TDL/TDS policy for enforcing (or not) FastPass windows? The FAQ is a bit loose on this requirement.

When we were there last month they did closely check times, and I did see them pulling people up who weren't in the correct window.

Its strict. Even if an attraction breaks down your out of luck.

You will not have any problems, it's extremely rarely enforced especially if you are a foreigner. Of course you can not ride earlier than the time but later is no problem. If it is near park closing an FP is closed for the day is the only time you would have a problem. Of course it's best to arrive close to the time out of courtesy.

This is not true, if you have a FP and the attraction is down they will take it later. If you are in the attraction or inner queue you will be given a priority pass. Only the outer queue would be out of luck.
