Fastpass+ booking tmr, help!!

I can make my reservations tomorrow, if I'm reading right is it smarter for me to make my three fp+ for the morning so then I can get more during the day? Also can I park hop with the fp+? Someone give me some help I'm a Disney veteran and hate the unknown lol

Thank you robo I knew you would help! Just so I make sure I am reading this right, in HS ToT and RnRC are now different tiers? I'm really hate having to book these, takes the spontaneous out of vacation
