It was supposed to open up over 20 minutes ago - we are staying on Disney property, using DVC points, we have our tickets purchased and linked and yet it's still only showing the 30 day window when we are within the 60 day, by whichever calendar I check. What is going on?

FP booking begins at 7AM EST...you are about a half hour too early.

It's definitely 7am, I booked mine Sunday morning. Of all mornings by baby wanted to sleep in I set my alarm for 6:55 and refreshed every few minutes until I got at the stroke of 7. I got all my passes at the times I wanted, hope you get all yours.m

I was thinking online checkin and fast passes opened at the same time I was getting antsy that checkin was up and fast passes was telling me no one had tickets. I'll check again in 20 minutes. Fingers crossed.

Do your fast pass first and then check in...And you can always contact your resort directly (via fax) 3-5 days before you arrival with more specific requests.

my online checkin was open already which is why I thought the fast passes were too.

Thank you, everyone! About to try again in one minute. You guys are great!

I hope that's it! I had several people tell me 6:00 am. Thank you! I wish they'd never changed the time.
Online ADRs begin at 6 a.m., but FP+ reservations are definitely 7 a.m. now. Those are Eastern times, so perhaps you spoke with someone who lives in the Central time zone and they do theirs at 6 a.m. because they're an hour behind.

That's probably what happened. I live in the central time zone, so hearing 6:00 made me automatically think it was 5:00. All Fastpasses are booked, including two different days with Frozen Ever After, so it was a successful morning, in spite of a stressful start :D.

When did they change FP+ to 7 am? I know I have done it at midnight before.

Just rencently, a few months back.
I called last night for something else and had mentioned the FP and the guy told me that it’s a good thing I didn’t stay awake for it because it is now 7am EST. He said they changed it because people would have issues but they weren’t open to assist at that time, so that’s why they changed it to a time when they have representatives there for help if you need to call.
