Fastpass available during extra magic hour?

Sorry if this has been asked before but is fastpass available for use during the extra magic hours? TIA

When we were there in January we did an evening EMH at Epcot. The fastpass machines were working for Test Track.

Yes, the fast pass machines do work during EMH, unless they have already given all the fastpasses out for that ride. For the most part, I didn't need them because lines weren't long, but during busier months, I am sure these would come in handy.

We were at MK last week for evening EMH and we needed a FP for Peter Pan and they were available. Not sure about other rides/places but in MK the FP were available.
