Fastpass and those under 3

I was reading my Unofficial Guide and it said you must have a Fastpass for all in your party.

We are going with 2 almost 3 yearolds. We have already bought our park hoppers. How do we get a Fastpass for like Winnie the Pooh for our twins if we didn't pay to get them in and they have no hopper?

We went a couple weeks ago with our 2 year 11 month old and she never needed tickets fast pass or anything.

Your under-3 child can just walk in with you.

No ticket, no FP needed for anyone under age 3. The CMs that collect the FP will not even ask for one for the little ones.
