Fastpass and priority admission pass

Are the Fastpass rules the same at HKDL compared to the other parks? (You can get a new Fastpass when your current one becomes available, or when 2 hours have passed, whichever one comes first) Can you get multiple for the same ride (especially since Hyperspace Mountain and Winnie The Pooh are apparently the only Fastpass rides)? And is the priority admission pass worth it?

I have been to Hong Kong DIsney many times and have never needed a priority admission pass, especially if you hit all the rides by 2 pm. The locals seem to come in later in the day, and lines are sweet...short wait times. However, holidays will be busy.

Since the protests began last year, attendance has been so low that even on major holidays when crowds are a bit higher, the priority pass still isn't really worth it. The 2 hour rule rarely comes into effect so it'll usually be when your current fastpass becomes available.
