Fastpass and Frozen

First trip using the new Fastpass system. We have an 8:10 AM reservation at Akershus. What time should we expect the people who are not dining to be able to start lining up for Frozen?(Epcot opens at 9) I am hoping we can eat, and hop on line, without a long wait. Not huge Frozen fans...loved Maelstrom.....and we want to see it, but will not wait a long time on line. Should we use a Fastpass for it?? I am hoping you all will say not necessary! Early December trip, if that helps.

I'd anticipate rope drop crowd to get to the ride anywhere from 8:40-9am. Likely closer to 9 but they can open early
