FastPass+ and Baby Swap

The last time we were at Disney World was November 2013 when FP+ was still technically testing. We had magic bands and planned FP+ but you could still get paper FPs. For Baby Swap rides they would give us a paper FP and then our older children were able to ride again with either my husband or I. Does it still work like this? Thanks!
