FastPass+ 60 days - does it begin Midnight EST 60 days prior?

I'm thinking, is it midnight EST which is the timezone Orlando is in, or another timezone, or what? I mean, if I'm stalking for a FP for seven dwarfs when my FP window opens, do I need to be at my computer at 12:01 am?
