Fastest way to toon town

Walking would definitely be faster, as the train stops for a few minutes at each station. Plus, there's the line/wait to get on, and dealing with the stroller. (I've no kids so I don't know if one has to park the stroller at the station & pick it up later or fold it up & carry it on...I'm sure someone else here will know...)

Fastest is to walk, the more enjoyable route is via train in my opinion. Please note that they have really reduced the appeal of Toontown in recent years, all that's really left is Roger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin, Meet Minnie and Mickey and Gadget's Go Coaster. Most adults can't go in Dinald's Hous and Goffy's Hous is now boring compared to when it was a bounce house and they have eliminated Chip and Dales Treehouse. Sorry, just my opinion. The area is well themed, but so much of it has been remodeled to eliminate the fun or has been closed. Ok, sorry that came off extremely pessimistic, wasn't my intention. Even in it's heyday it needed work though.

The treehouse was open in September when we were there--my children loved it. I can't find any info about it being closed. My children love playing in Donald's boat, too. Quite honestly they weren't all that impressed with Mickey and Minnie's houses though. They also loved pressing buttons and making things explode over by the jail--that was a big hit!

I'm not a big fan of Toontown myself as I find it to be a lot of asphalt and not a lot of fun, but my children do enjoy it.

I think your fastest way to get there from the turnstiles is to walk, especially if you have both children in strollers. It is time consuming to fold up the strollers, wait for a train, load up onto the train, and travel around the park. It really doesn't take very long at all to walk to Toontown.

OP just in case you are planning to go strait to ToonTown in the morning. Be aware it opens well after the rest of the park.

If you are going on the train, take a stroller that can fold up quickly and easily (i.e. umbrella stroller). If you have a Disney stroller that can't fold up, you will have to leave it behind! :scared1:
