Fast passes

Did anyone else have their fast passes for Elsa and the Seven dwarfs train disappear? I'm really really upset because now I can't get them. 1 min. they were there the next poof gone. I called Disney and they said I waited too long to call them when it happened. I didn't know I could call until a day later and by that time I couldn't get them back. So disappointed.....
