Can anyone do them or do you have to buy them? I thought you just walked up to the kiosk and got your ticket and time. But then I saw the post abou being "dreamed" with FP. HMMMM

You are right about walking up to the kiosk and gettting the ticket and time, getting dreamed with fastpasses is just like a *BONUS* on top of your paper fastpass.

from what i have gathered the dream fast pass is a prize in the million dreams deal and it's all the parks fast passes all at one time and there is no times on them. so one could use them when they like.

Dream fastpasses are a ticket that has tabs on it, one for each FP ride in the park. So, basically you can walk on to any fastpass ride in the park, all day long, no running around to collect fastpasses as soon as the "next available fastpass time" window opens up.

Good answers so far on the "dream" FPs. These will go away after another year or so as they are temporary promotion.

The regular FP system will remain though. Here are some basics on that:

can you re-use the dream fastpasses or are they a one time use only?

One time only-- they snap the little individual tabs off for each ride, as you use them.

FYI!!!
You have to snap the tab off when you arrive to the CM. Not before! so if you have little kids make sure they don't try to take them off. My DS was messing with his one day and he lost one of the tabs.. He was very upset..
