our fast pass date is rapidly approaching :):), and I want to know which you would absolutely book for traveling with a 3 year old boy and 1 year old girl. DH and I have no need to ride the big kids rides.... Just wanting the best experience for the little ones this time!

Peter Pan at MK. When DD was 2, it was her absolute favorite ride and still remains one of her favorites at age 9. That line builds fast and stays long. Toy Story Midway Mania at DHS. This is a great ride for a 3 year old with a consistently long line. You can take the 1 year old on both of those as well. For us, those would be the most important (non-character) FP+ for pre-schoolers as they are must do rides, which have long lines pretty much all day.

I would also suggest Dumbo and Winnie the Pooh. Those are both great rides for little ones.

100% agree with PP, Peter Pan and TSMM are my little kids favorite rides, and also some of the longest waits. Also the princess meet and greets if they are into the princesses.

Granted my almost 3 year old is really tall, but he meets the requirements for BTMR and SDMT, so if you think there is any interest there I would book those too. If not and you still need some, another favorite at that age with mine is the a jungle Cruise and there are times when that wait can get a little long.

Last poster was totally right about which kiddo rides would have the longest times and a FP+ would be most useful.

Other things my kiddo loved were Under the Sea, Dumbo, Buzz Lightyear, Winnie the Pooh (MK) Safari (at AK)- though it's hit or miss whether the times are so long you need to use a FP for some of those (def. get one for the safari if you go to AK though)

If you think your kids are into characters the Mickey meet and greet at the Maigc Kingdom is TOP NOTCH and worth the FP imo depending on the time of day, we always get out BEST memory maker photos there. They do a super job with the photos and the meet and greet is so cute. Our kiddo LOVES it.

At MK: Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Under the Sea, and while I can't remember if you can use FP+ for these or not: Alladin's Magic Carpet, Dumbo, and then of course any character M&G
At HS: TSMM, Disney Jr., Frozen Sing a Long
At AK: Character M&G, Festival of the Lion King and Safari
At EP: Character M&G, Living with the Land, Nemo, Turtle Talk

I agree with these. I might not get one for Dumbo since that is one where the kids can play while you wait for your turn to ride. At Magic Kingdom, I'd definitely do Peter Pan, Little Mermaid, and Pooh.

Oh yes...festival of the lion king and Disney Jr. are awesome. That being said, we did FP's for them the first time, and NOT the next trip as with the FP we got in much earlier, but then had to sit around with a squirmy toddler. It was almost easier going in closer to showtime just before the theaters filled up. That meant less time trying to keep the little one happy and prevent meltdowns.

My three year was tall enough to ride 7DMT this past December. Not sure if that's something y'all would be interested in. My 3 year old loved it. You can do rider swap and take turns riding with him.

Other FPs at MK I would consider Peter Pan, Pooh, and Jungle Cruise. Those lines can get really long. My kids don't get the Jungle Cruise jokes, but they enjoy being on the boat. The lines for Mermaid, Dumbo, and Buzz always seem a little more manageable.

At Epcot we normally do Nemo and the Character Spot (then something for big brother).

At AK, I'd do the safari for sure, and also Lion King and Nemo. We did the Nemo show with the younger kids (3 and 4.5) for the first time in December and they loved it. The FP helped us not have to get in line so early, and we were able to get great seats (1st row of the second section). THey also loved Flights of Wonder.

At DHS, I'd do TSMM, Disney Jr. and Frozen.

Can you explain how the MK Mickey meet and greet is top notch? We have never done this one before, just at Epcot.

Thanks for all of the suggestions! My son loves the characters but will not set foot near a princess, lol! So we will be skipping Anna and Elsa

Favorites from my son's 3rd birthday trip were SDMT (the biggest ride hit), Jungle Cruise, Buzz, Speedway, IASW and Tom Sawyer's Island in MK. In Epcot he liked Nemo, Turtle Talk with Crush, the fish tanks, the Mexican boat ride and Soarin. In DHS he liked all the different shows and TSMM. The parades and characters are always a big hit. As a baby he seemed to like just about everything he could go on except the Haunted Mansion, that did not go over well.

If you're going to want to do it - Enchanted Tales with Belle is a must FP. The line can be in direct sun and can be slow moving. Peter Pan is also a must with the usual length of the line. Jungle Cruise would be good 3rd one I think. Pooh and Mermaid aren't horrible lines to wait on and often available as 4th and later FP. Dumbo has fun play area so not a bad line.

Mickey in Town Square is often Talking Mickey! He tells jokes and "interacts" with the guests more than the standard hugs and kisses of the other meet and greets.

I second (or was it third) Dumbo. Don't waste a FP on it. My daughter loves the play area while waiting for your turn. She could spend most of the day in there if we let her.
