Fast passes during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

Are you able to use Fast Passes during the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party? Also, the CM I spoke with tonight when I purchased tickets told me you can get into the park as early as 3 PM, is this correct? She didn't seem sure.

Yes. We did this last fall--no problem.

I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, but with this being the first year without FP- I don't think anyone will know the answer to that question until the parties actually start happening.

We were able to do it during the christmas party last year

Your TICKET MUST be linked to MDE in order to pull the FP between 4-7
some people could others could not BUT it was early in the roll out stage

We went to the party last year on 10-17. They let us in around 3:40 or so. We were surprised because we thought it was 4:00 but lines started forming so they started letting party guests in. It was great because we pretty much made our way around the park and rode several things with little wait prior to the party starting at 7:00. It seemed like the park started emptying out around that time due to the short hours for regular ticket holders.

There is a lot of speculation going around re: FP+ from 4-7 for party ticket holders. Just because they were able to get FP last year doesn't guarantee anything for this year, given the frequent changes FP+ is going through. We will just have to wait and see.
