Fast pass

Hi, I haven't been to Disney in a couple years. I was told the fast pass has changed and now needs to be purchased. I am going to be chaperoning my daughter's 8th grade trip will probably have a group of 4 kids assigned to me was wondering how much the fast pass cost and if it's something I can pay to add to their ticket or if it's something that had to be purchased at the same time the ticket was bought. Thank you!

You can still use traditional FP by putting their tickets in the machines. You don't have to buy the upgrade that lets you schedule on the app.

If you do want to use Max Pass, it's ten bucks a person, and you can buy it on the app when you've entered the park.

I just posted a similar question before seeing this thread. Will your kids have access to their park tickets or will you be with them the whole time? If not, then they won’t be able to use fastpass, as I was just told that the machines no longer print out tickets to redeem at the entrance of the rides.
