Fast Pass +

We went to disney in September and did the fast pass +. When we did it we were able to choose any three rides in a park. We have an upcoming vacation and trying to book fast pass +. Now it will only let me choose certain rides in a group. For instance we can not do soaring and test track on the same day using fast pass +. Is this the new system ? Or am I missing something ?

Unfortunately you are not missing anything.

Sometime in October/November Disney implemented tiers in Epcot and DHS which only allow you to choose one attraction from tier one (the most desirable ones) and two from tier two (the least desirable, some just plain useless).
