Did VMK stop giving away fast passes for getting into rooms and what not?

If the Queue has less than 5 I dont believe you have the option of getting a fast pass, but you still should if its 5 or greater ahead of you.

Not always, I've gotten passes for queues of 2 people. It is more likely to get them with 5 or more though.
