Silly question, but you said you linked your tickets today. Are you actually 60 days out today or did you just link the tickets? I wonder if you need to give them a few hours to update in the system. I upgraded our tickets a few months ago and it took a few hours before the new ones showed up on MDE.

You may need to call tech support to have this corrected. I remember reading a lot of threads related to this error when linking 3rd party tickets. I wouldn't take the "wait and see" approach. While you linked to a reservation, I think the tickets are tracked in the system as a 3rd party sales and that was a glitch in the set up. It may fix itself, but given the bugs seen in the system, I would call.
When you link tickets it will show you a 30 day window of current availability. When you hit 60 days from your resort reservation, you will see 30 days from that day available, a blocked out 30 days and then your resort reservation day +10 days available. You can only reserve FP+ for as many days as your ticket allots. Hope that helps.
I think once your 60 day reservation window opens, you can book fastpasses up to 14 days if your trip is 14 days or longer. You can also book FP+ for other days before your trip beyond 30 days everyone gets (the window 30-60 days before the trip is also available).
