Fast Pass + questions

First the easy question. What time of day am I able to start making my fast passes? I know it used to be midnight, but I know they changed it.

Second question. We have a three night stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge starting on Wednesday, September 20. We have two day park tickets. We are going to the parks on Thursday and Friday.

Saturday, July 22 is our 60 day mark to book fast passes. Since we are not going to a park on the first day, will we be able to book fast passes for days two and three on Saturday given that we have a three night stay?
