Fast Pass question

New to the site! Probably a silly question but I've seen people say different things about Fast Passes and I'm confused. Some say 60 days out, some say 90 days is when you can book. We arrive Nov. 9, can someone tell me my day to book? We HAVE to have FP for E/A for my 4 yo girl. Thanks for clearing up my confusion!!

Also note they go fast. Most have to book right at midnight when your window opens to ensure getting it.
