Fast Pass Plus reservations system - frustrating!

Vent ahead!

Why, oh why, oh why, can Disney IT not get their act together!!!! Every single time we vacation and attempt to make dining or Fast Pass + reservations it's a NIGHTMARE! 3 hours this morning trying to do fast passes with web site crashes and time outs the entire time. Really? Really!!!!! It's not enough I have to schedule my entire vacation as far as 6 months out, but when you actually CAN start doing it, the web site wants to make you smash your computer against the wall.

I don't think your rant is over but you're not alone. I'm sitting in a waiting room and keep trying on my phone but no dice. Next I'll be trying from the supermarket parking lot. I just hope I can get what I want when I finally get to it.

I had my frustrating time yesterday with fastpasses. We were at day 60 but the computer would only go to July 13!! Tried over and over then decided to try the app and that worked. this is the third trip where we have had the same problem.

I've tried app and comp too. Same issues although the phone seems a little better. Not quite as many oops messages. (I'm going to melt that stupid snowman)!

I feel your pain. My experience trying to make my FP+ reservations this morning have been very frustrating!
