Interesting I am really wondering who answered petes poll?

I answered no preference . . . and I had to think about it a bit. Both systems have / had their advantages. Certainly, my family was able to take great advantage of the legacy fast pass system, gaining multiple rides on headliners even on busy days. Gone are the days of riding TSMM 4 times on a busy August day with little to no wait. However, being able to plan the time that you go on a ride can be an advantage. It is still plenty possible to do TSMM twice on a busy day, by getting there quickly for stand by, then using FP+ for a second go. My biggest problem with FP+ is simply the tiering. If they did away with that, I would be pretty happy with the system as it stands now. Get all your FP+ selections for the morning, burn them up, and then get a 4th, and maybe even a 5th in the afternoon. It works fine enough. There are still plenty of rides in most of the parks that don't get long lines, so you can fill your afternoons with those rides. I do miss TSMM 4 times in one day though!

Lol, I did post a bunch of links to recent polls here that showed the exact opposite response as pete's poll. My guess is that its only the most ardent WDW fans that watch his podcast, and probably also people of a like mind, but they are probably also the least likely in general to dislike anything WDW does.

This poll is also much more straight forward and clear in its questioning. And also kind of asks a different question.

I miss the old days of not having every day planned out other than where to eat.

It is very interesting to get opposite results. Too bad the mods moved this poll I would have liked to have seen a weeks worth of results.
