I have a question, some of our days we plan to do EMH and then park hop to a different park around 1 or so. Should I plan my fast pass at the park of the morning or the park of the afternoon? Thanks for any info or tips that might help.

I'd do the afternoon park. But it's possible that by around noon-1, you'd wish you had them at the first park. It really depends on your plan and what you want to accomplish in the am.

Check your fastpass availability. We tend to avoid EMH parks for the most part except for AK because they get so crowded. It's like people think that's where they have to go :confused3 All 30,000 rooms full of guests! Check the touring plans sites for more info.

Often we do better going against the crowd and maybe doing a prepark breakfast. You'll see where is most crowded by what's available during the morning hours. You might need those EMH fastpasses especially if it's for hot ticket items. You can always make new FP after your first ones are done.

I think it depends on what you hope to accomplish in the am. If it's things that are high-demand (7DMT, A&E, TSM, etc) then get those. Otherwise I would wait until afternoon when crowds are heavier.

hit headliner rides at the morning park early in the day, take an afternoon break, then use fast passes at the second park late afternoon/evening.
