I've already made my fastpasses and I am considering booking a new room through a different service booking agency and canceling my regular room. Will my fastpasses get canceled if I do this?

No. Just be sure to Cancel Room #1 when you are within 30 days of arrival and your FPs remain intact.

I would need to cancel room 1 before 30 days because it is a package and I would want the full refund.

I will purchase tickets separately. I'm looking to do a last minute DVC rental.

Then purchase and link those separate tickets. As soon as they are linked and you have the DVC rental linked, Cancel room#1.
