FAST FOOD ~ the LIGHT menu ~ what do you think about it?

Hi all! I like McD's whole wheat BBQ chicken and a light side salad for dinner. What do you think about it? I don't mind veggie burgers at all the places? How about you? What do you eat at Fast Food restaurants? S

I don't usually go to the fast food places -- but treat myself on occasion. Last week I had a ceasar salad at McD's and a Big Mac minus the bread. Like I said -- that was a treat for me -- but I still managed to keep the carb count down. I just don't usually eat all that much of real high fat foods. I prefer to go to places that have salad bars --- and have a big salad, a piece of meat (usually chicken) and a side of cooked veggies like broccolli or green beans.
