Fast break budget car rental

If I reserved with fast break, it states that you bypass the counter. Do I just go out to the garage to get my car.

You need to stop by the kiosk in the garage and get your car assignment. We did this a couple weeks ago and it was very easy, spent maybe 2 minutes and we were on our way to the car.
