Hello,
We are off to see the mouse in a month and my final payment for my Farytale Package is due this weekend. How do the folks who bought this feel it went? Was it as great a value as you thought? I've never had UPH tickets before so am hoping to find out what everyone else thinks about them. Also, I'd like to surprise my daughter with a morning of surfing lessons at TL and I noticed on Deb's site that the admission to the park is included with the cost of the lessons ($125 I think) anyone know if this cost will be deducted from the lesson charge if I have these passes since technically we've already paid admission to these parks? Also, if you had to choose between the Hoop-Dee-Doo and surfing lessons, what would you choose? Thanks for any advice and have a great day.:Pinkbounc

I feel that the Fairytale Package is an fantastic deal. I'm going next month with my sister and her family (there will be three adults and two juniors in our party). I'm the Disney expert of the group, so they entrusted me to make all of the reservations and decisons as to how to do this trip the most economically.

We were originally booked at the Dolphin on a teachers rate of $154 (including a charge of $25 for the fifth person in the room). Our plan was to get 5 day park hopper plus passes, and make a visit to Disney Quest. When the Fairytale Package came out, I sat down and figured out how much we would be spending to stay at the Dolphin with the features described above. Then I priced out a Fairytale Package.

For an extra $130 for the week, we are now staying at the Polynesian, and have length of stay passes. We were half thinking of staying at the Polynesian when the code rates came out anyways, and assuming that the code rates would have been about 60% of the rack rate, it still would have cost us more with the five day park hopper pass and the Disney Quest admission.

So, yes, I think that the Fairytale Package is a good deal.

The FTP is a great deal! I like the UHP, it allows us to visit the parks, water parks, PI, disney quest. I guess the UHP feels more magical to me for some strange reason.

Anyway, FTP is a great deal, and is what allowed my wife to take me there next month for my bday and stay at the WL!
