I can't find one anywhere. I'm going to be making ADRs for both NYE and Easter week so I kinda wanna know what I'm doing before I get online. I don't even know what time I need to be on the computer! Does anyone know if I'm better off trying to make these online or by phone?

Online is easy (IMO) if :
you familiarize yourself with the process,
can be flexible with your dates and times,
Disney works out the glitches,
your internet browser is one that is compatible with Disney's Online System,
etc.

Just remember, if the system gives you a hard time for any of the above reasons, the call center opens at 7 am, and you should be able to get most of what you want at that time. As the date nears, practice, familiarize yourself with the process, and you should be fine. I made 9 adr's within about 15-20 minutes. It was great. Remember to write down your reservation numbers after you are done "checking out" (just like online shopping cart) or make sure there is an email address on file with Disney, so that they can email you all of your adr's. A lot of people have been frustrated that they did not write down all that they had, and now have "lost" them. In reality, they are still there, they just can't access them. You can always call to get them, but it's easier to just write them down.
