Well, they might not have to remove the architecture if another toy store comes in. They are in complete bankruptcy so there is no true trademark at this point as the company is no longer in business.
The Orlando store was actually closed as part of the downsizing in 2003 when the company was trying to get itself out of bankruptcy and make up for huge poorly planned growth in the previous couple of years. It worked for about 9 months, but they fell into bankruptcy last November and all stores (including all Right Starts and Zany Brainys were closed by Jan 15 of 2004)

Very sad--they were all really neat stores with great product lines.
