if you get cansle when your loading the rides will you still get the sword in the stone magic pin?

Since the pin is given randomly, my guess is that you will not get one if you press cancel. I have disconnected in the ride (which I think is comparable to pressing cancel) and have not gotten a magic pin.

Does this answer your question? Or did I misunderstand?
