They are offering 69.00 a night. Seems like a really good deal. Has anyone ever stayed there?

Stayed there in 2003. It is an older place, 2 story townhouse-like apartment. Clean, but not sparkley. Some wear in the kitchen involving counters/cabinets. The floors upstairs squeaked, the double bed sagged. I found it convenient to disney if you have a rental car. If the price was right I would stay there again.

I have stayed there twice before. The Townhomes are very nice and are fully equipped. It worked well for me as there is a kingbed in the master and two twins in the second room. The sofa also pulls outs.We booked through HotelmartUSA and got a similar rate which i believe also included the taxes. The Resort itself has plenty to do with lots of pools and tennis courts and a nice poolside lounge. For the price you can't go wrong

I agree with the previous posters. We stayed there in June 2004 and are staying again Feb. 2006. We also booked through hotelmart for $69 including tax. It is older, but clean and safe. We found it easy to get to the parks. We loved the pool.

We stayed there in Sept 2005. I agree that is older and a little outdated. I would stay there again. It's close to disney and offers lots of aminities (spell?). I loved the full size kitchen and being able to do the laundry without carring a basket back and forth to the facilities was wonderful. We3 didn't use the pool but my son liked the little arcade. On our arrivial day the AC didin't work but was fixed the next morning.

Hope you have a great time. There are lots of restaurants in that area,as a matter of fact there is an Olive Garden right next door. We ate there last year and both the food and service were excellent.
