Fantasyland during candlelight processional

We will be arriving late afternoon/early evening on Dec. 5th, the night of the CP. I've realized that Mr. Toads Wild Ride goes down for refurbishment on the 6th, and I would like to ride it. Do you think it will be possible to get to fantasyland around the time of the CP? I know the CP is shown twice that day, but I don't know what time, or exactly where it is. Think Fantasyland will busy during the CP?

CP is at the very front of the park, so that's where the CP crowds are. You have to be past them or get past them.
