Ok, once they get Fantasy out into the harbor, I think I heard that it'll be a couple of weeks before it heads towards NYC? What exactly will they do to Fantasy while in the harbor? Is it pretty much completed right now, including interior designing, etc?

There is some parts that need to be added, and can only be done outside, due to space constrictions. In the basin at MW they will run a few tests, before the Fantasy is floated down the Ems. Once that happens, she will then go through a few weeks of sea trials, then Disney will officially take ownership somewhere around the 9th of next month, then she will be on her way across the atlantic

No... Building helping support crane in high wind. Move crane far away from ship. But I agree it could be the camera angle, can't see base of crane or building for that matter.
