Has anyone been to the Royal Court Royal Tea on the Fantasy recently (like in the last few weeks or months?) Was the doll and jewelry box still Cinderella?

We went to this in October 2014 and my daughter loved it. I did not sign her up for this on our upcoming cruise in January. However, yesterday she was talking about how much she liked the tea, and I told my husband that I didn't sign her up for it on our next cruise....and he thinks we should. I'm just trying to figure out if any of the gifts will be different this time.

Or has anyone done it twice? Thoughts?

Thanks for the info!

Yes it is usually on the 2nd or 3rd sea day. Me and my wife are going to go with my DD I think it's 60 for each adult website says limited availability.

Can anyone tell me what kind of food they have at the Royal Tea? My DD has medically required food restrictions, so I'd like to get an idea of what the food will be so we can decide if it is worth doing. TIA!

Each child gets a cupcake and a cookie. There are also finger sandwiches, a variety of fillings.

I attended with my daughters last month. There are a variety of sweets and finger sandwiches. Adults are offered a choice of tea bags, while the kids receive apple juice. Each child gets a cupcake and a personalized cookie (although ours looked like one of my five year olds piped the names - so odd).

They can accommodate many food restrictions if you let them know. They tried to offer my daughter special food because of a dairy sensitivity in her file, but I explained she can have most dairy on a one off situation. Still so nice of them to offer!

The doll was Cinderella, as was the jewelry box. The girls received charm bracelets (and necklaces? Can't remember.) Each princess brings a charm to add.

It was fun but honestly it felt crowded. With the dolls and the other gifts and dishes on the table.... I felt fairly uncomfortable but my girls seemed to enjoy it. That's what counts.

What ages is this the best for? My daughter will turn 10 and loves the idea of it but worried she might be too old especially for the price!

Following too. DD is 9 and not that into princesses, but loves tea and I think would enjoy a tea party. Could she get tea if she wanted? Or is this for younger kids?

I've done the tea at wdw and they gave the kids apple juice in a teapot. I imagine if your daughter wanted real tea they would give her that instead.

My daughter was able to get tea when I asked. However, they just give you hot water and a tea bag. I wouldn't consider it a real tea service that you would find at a tea room. It's more like a dumbed down kiddy version. Your paying for the gifts and the princess interaction, not the tea service.
