I just booked our family's first Disney cruise today!!! Our family at sailing will be me & my husband (33), my daughter Riley turns 4 on Feb 21 & my daughter Katelyn turns 1 on Feb 28. So we will be celebrating both of my pincesses' birthdays!!!

We are in for the FE's!! We are cruising with Melissa&Shawn and can't wait to join in all the festivites on board!

Wow, I can't believe how big the group has gotten already! And we're still almost a year out- well 9 1/2 months now. Every day is a day closer.

We have done multiple cruises and almost always booked excursions on our own. Much cheaper. You can go on Cruise Critic and/or Tripadvisor and look up reputable excursion operators. We have always felt safe and had no problems. They're all very aware of arrival/departure times of the ship. In fact we booked a tour out of Puerto Vallerta on our own last year. Friends did same tour through Disney and we by far had a better experience with less people, more attention. Not saying they're all like this, but just one experience.

Not sure if I had mentioned before, but we'll be in for FE too. I will email info.

We are also booked for March 2, 2013...!

This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise. We almost missed the ship the first time because a snow storm had closed the airports in both Toronto and Buffalo on the Friday we had our flights booked.

So for the second cruise, we flew to Orlando on the Wednesday prior...!

We too are in for the FE's...there will be myself, hubby, son 14, and my daughter will be turning 12 on March 6th...

...excited already...!

DH just ruined his surprise that he booked this cruise for us for our 5th anniversary! I am sooooo stoked! We don't have any kids but we love DCL. I am a Disney addict and DH used to work for Disney. We will both be Gold cruisers this time

I always make sure to check back here to make sure I haven't missed anything or anyone. Since I know that you don't do Facebook, I'll make sure to post here too

Just to give you an update, we decided to split the FE list if the groups go larger than 20 staterooms. We're already over that amount but we won't be finalizing anything until after the paid in full date since we've been adding and dropping people since the start of the FE list.

I'll be sending out a preliminary list in November to give everyone a pretty good idea about what they need to do/get in order to prepare their FE gifts.

I cannot wait

Yes I saw the thread on that and read the different posts. For my last cruise, I only posted on the Disboards as there wasn't a Facebook group page for that meet. It was a very pleasant experience.

When I started this meet thread, there wasn't much activity for a while and it was mentioned to me that I should start a Facebook group page. I thought it was a great idea because I am always on Facebook (I know, ).

I just thought it'd be a smoother way to connect with one another before the cruise and I love that I get instant notifications for when someone posts something. But I love both so I hope others will post here and on Facebook.

I can't believe how fast time is going by. I remember it was just October when we booked this cruise and now it's already July! March will be here before we know it! And once I get started on the FE gifts, time is really going to go by fast, especially with the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays

I am very busy from the end of Sept until almost time for this cruise.
We have a couple trips planned.
