Tonight AND tomorrow night Disney NYE fireworks = AWESOME!

Yep - tonight they do a trial run then tomorrow the real deal!

If you have never seen this show and will be up be sure to check it out - it is one of the best shows of the year!

Photographers and viewers worst nightmare!!!! The smoke was blowing TOWARDS Main Street.

Just checked and this means that the winds are blowing towards Japan, USA and Italy in the World Showcase.


I'm still saddened by the when Fantasy started, everything went dark, but alas, the sea of iPads lit the way...

I ended up watching the Disney Parks stream. For some reason I couldn't get RandallsGhosts stream to work.

Anyway, I totally agree! Compared to that the Times Square ball drop is lame! What have I been doing my whole life?

We saw them in person at MK last night, the rain really cleared out a lot of people. We camped out at the Partners statue for pretty much the entire afternoon/night and watched a lot of people come and go. One older couple were there almost as long as we were but they left at around 10:45pm when the skies opened up (they didn't have ponchos).

We LOVED it, and thankyou pp for posting your video so we could rewatch it with the ending too It was a great way to have a little bit of magic at new years, and a great way to celebrate it an hour early (our time zone) to get the kids to bed! LOL!

watched the fireworks from here in ohio! loved every minute of them! we head to disney in 3 days and the show got both of us super excited for our vacation!

I told DH that it actually makes me want to be there for NYE...maybe arriving on the 30th and having most of the trip/in-the-park days being after New Year's instead of before...
