How is deck 8 on the Fantasy?

Looking at the deck plans, you’re midship but you are close to forward and midship stairs and elevators. The pool deck is 11 so you aren’t directly under it. The restaurants are on 2 & 3. Big theater is 3&4 with the movie theater on 4&5. The nightclub area is at back of ship on 4. I have stayed on deck 9 & 7 forward section. Enjoyed both sailings.

We just got off the Wish deck 10 far aft and loved them.
Opened up all 4 rooms verandah and it was so nice

Deck 8 is my favorite. Deck 7 is a close 2nd. Good choice!

We’ve sailed in 8526, 8648 and 8112 on the fantasy. We love deck 8. No issues with any of the cabins.

Our Dream/Fantasy go to room is on deck 8, just more forward and portside. We have stayed starboard too and enjoyed that side as well. Deck 8 seems centralized for us.

We actually redid a room in our house to resemble a DCL stateroom and we put the number, 8022 on the door.

I had a lot of fun doing it. It all started with one of the tables from the rooms on board (my DS used to work for Disney and got it at Cast Connections), then one of the old chests they had...and my wheels just started turning from there. It ended up being the whole room.

I usually book Deck 8 on the Fantasy and Dream and love it. I like the idea that the laundry is mid-ship and easy to get to.

Literally just got off the ship this morning from staying in these two rooms with my party. It was great and I would recommend. Convenient to both forward and midship and easy to run up to 11. The only thing that was far away was cabanas/animators.
