Here now and it rained last night and is raining tonight. There was no parade or fireworks last night but I don't know about F! We weren't in that area to see. We have BB F! package tomorrow but it looks like it may rain yet again! Do they cancel that show to if the weather is iffy? Wonder if we should change our reservation to non show. I don't want to pay for nothing and I know they don't give refunds.
Ahhh stupid spell check changed my title! I meant Fantasmic of course.

I heard they usually don't run it because it's too slippery for the performers.

It was cancelled yesterday, both shows, due to slippery surfaces for the performers. It's currently a steady light rain now so I wouldn't be too optimistic for tonight, unfortunantly

Looks like the Red Sox at Angels game isn't going to be played tonight due to the steady rain. I'm guessing the game isn't going to be played and it's not much different at Disneyland.

I've been watching satellite feed of SoCal new on chan 7.
Chan 7 weather has rain Monday, 20% chance on Tuesday and Mostly sunny beginning Wednesday.

I'm sure the ponchos are flying off the shelves, if there are any left. Summer rain at Disneyland... Oh my....
I hope you are able to enjoy your time in the parks.

We are glad that we watched PTN and fireworks on our first 2 nights since they were canceled the last two nights. Hoping that we can catch WOC on Tuesday since we have reservations at the Carthay Circle and BB/Fantasmic on Thursday. At least it is a warm rain and we have been holding off on buying a poncho, we like the rain - it's better than snow that we get back home! LOL.

My F! Dinner is tonight and all the news says maybe rain. I hate they don't know. We may just tell them regular meal instead of the package when we go. WOC did go on in the rain last night. We haven't been able to see fireworks or parade yet.

Back in February, we booked one and it was raining quite a bit that day. I called because I was worried and they said they would cancel it that same day without a fee if I wanted. I decided to just go and hope it went on. The server at BB even gave us the option upon seating to switch it back to the regular non BB F! menu, which we decided against. It rained pretty steady most of the day, but died down for about an hour or two before the early performance. Our show was not cancelled and thankfully it didn't even rain during it (they only skipped the rope stuff during the peter pan sequence), but immediately after it started up again and they did cancel the second show. That's the bummer about booking it and chancing it, I'm glad we did, but man, I would have been so ticked if it hadn't gone on and we paid extra just to eat at BB.

If you were going to eat at Blue Bayou anyway, and were planning to get dessert with your dinner, then you'll be paying about the same amount for a regular dinner as you would for your F! reservations, and with F! you get that seat cushion, which makes a nice souvenir.

Just thought I'd update. We went ahead and did they package and the rain stayed away. The fireworks went on as well. Then we went over by Alice and watched the late parade which we loved. So we got 3 things done and the weather held out!

Glad that you got all three things done! We have seen PTN 3x, fireworks 2x and just saw WOC tonight. We have our BB Fantasmic package for Thursday so hopefully that will work out well for us too. DD also wants to see Soundsational again so will have to catch it before we leave.

We saw the PTN parade a second time kind of from the back on MS last second. Then saw fireworks from there but ended up behind a tree on the left so we saw projections but not really the sky. They seemed off center to the left to me but that may have been my bad position.

Fantastic! can run when there is a small amount of rain, but it will most likely be canceled if it rains and no, you won't get anything back from the overpriced package at Blue Bayou.
