Fantastic fp+ area accessible ?

Hi. Has anyone used the new fast pass for fantasmic, & is it handicap friendly? Stairs? Where is the handicap area located ? We kinda like the idea of being able to fastpass it ( we will have magic bands) but if requires a whole flight of steps we will not be able to do it. My mom will be in a wheelchair, but can walk a short distance if aided ( we will not have her walker at the parks). So not sure if we should just stick with the HC area & use our fastpass for something else? Thanks!

Fantasmic wheelchair seating is behind the last row and handicap seating is the few rows in front of wheelchair seating.

This is a picture of the wheelchair and handicapped seating that Michigan described.

The wheelchair spots are the blue painted boxes and are across the top of the whole theater.
The other handicapped setting rows are the ones with the blue lines on the bench.

I can't remember the name of the section, but reports have been that the Fastpass + area is in a section near the center from the very back row to the very front.

thanks for the photo! I think we will just stick to this area and use the FP+ for something else. As a bonus we will be closer to the exit! lol

Yes.
Not as much as the back row (and when we sat there, we did get sprinkled).
I didn't mention it in answer to this question because I'm not sure whether the Fastpass Plus area has any HC/wheelchair seating in the front row.
