I just had to nip on and say what a great day I've had running Race for Life 2008!
It was my first time running in the event and I can honestly say that I really enjoyed it! I would recommend it to any ladies, such a fulfilling day and you really feel like you've achieved something
I didn't get tonnes of sponsor money, but what I do have will hopefully help along the way!
Again, get involved in next year's event if there's one local to you, you'll have a blast and it's such an emotional rollercoaster! Joy and saddness rolled into one, but mostly celebration of all the people in which cancer affects and have beaten the horrible disease. And lots of paid respects for those that it has sadly taken from us!
Tired legs now, but very worth it! Bring on Race for Life 2009!!
